Tips for Kitchen Use 

  1. Instructions in use of the stove, fire repression system, exhausts fan, dishwasher and meat slicer are mandatory.
  1. Avoid burning the grill by turning it off when it is not needed.  Do not use grill to boil water or other liquids.  Do not heat baking pans on the grill or stovetop.
  1. Wash and dry all dishes and pot in proper cupboards.
  1. Wash and dry pots.  Oil metal pans with vegetable oil and store them upside down under the cutting table.  Hang up large pots.
  1. Clean coffee and tea urns and put and put on top of fridge.
  1. Leave counter-tops, sinks, and stove clean.  Oil grill with vegetable oil after use.
  1. If the meat slicer is used completely dismantle it, clean it thoroughly and reassemble.
  1. Wrap leftover food and store in fridge or discard.
  1. Clean screen in the base of the dishwasher.
  1. Bag garbage and deposit it in the dumpster outside the back door.  Put clean garbage bags in cans and cover them.
  1. Sweep kitchen floor and wipe up and spills.
  1. Make sure that all burners, grill and ovens are off.  Turn off dishwasher and exhaust fan.  Close counter doors.
  1. Return of deposit is dependant on adherence to these conditions.
